We offer technical support to our customers via phone, contact form, or troubleshooting guides below.

Our technicians are available from 7am-3:00pm PST. Please email tech support at idd2oscar@gmail.com with your name, phone number, and serial number of the machine via the contact form here.

For 2nd hand owners, there is a support charge of $35 for 15 minutes or part thereof for a tech support call. If the call goes under the time, we'll keep track of the time used so you can use in future.
